This consensus compiled opinions from experts from 12000 papers on climate change. Most of the authors conclude that humans are the main cause of global warming.
The claim Donald J. Trump made is not true since China is considered the largest manufacturer in the world, according to Statista, about 28% of the total global manufacturing takes place in China.

According to Forbes, climate change will have some negative consequences on manufacturing in the United States, but those effects will only be amplified in China, the world’s largest manufacturer.
