Fact-check
The Rumor Scanner team’s investigation found that the video circulated with the claim of a 200-year-old elderly man is not genuine. In reality, the video in question was created using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
Through a reverse image search, a video published on June 28 by a TikTok account named Latentcore was found, which can be viewed here. A strong resemblance can be observed between that video and the one circulated with the 200-year-old claim.

Upon observing the TikTok account Latentcore, it is evident that multiple AI-generated videos have been broadcast at different times, as seen here. Additionally, examining the circulated video shows slight abnormalities in the voice and the surrounding environment.
Moreover, in the detailed section of the video posted on the account, it is explicitly labelled as AI-generated content.

To further confirm the matter, the video was tested using the AI content detection platform Hive Moderation, which determined that there is a 99.9% likelihood that the video was AI-generated.
Conclusion:
An AI-generated video has been circulated on the internet falsely claiming to show a 200-year-old elderly person, which is false.
