From the investigation conducted by the Rumor Scanner team, it was found that the photo that is being shared is digitally altered and is fake.
Using the reverse image search technique, the original photo was found. On May 14, 2019, Greta Thunberg uploaded the photo on her verified Twitter profile with the message “Let Russia Strike for Climate #FRIDAYSFORFUTURE”

In truth, climate change is real, and it is not a political ruse to propel communism forward.
According to the NASA website, since the late 1800s, the world average temperature has risen by around 1.18 degrees Celsius, owing mostly to the increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere produced by human activity.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) stated that since 1993 the global sea level has risen at an alarming rate of around 3.5 millimeters per year.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said that “Changes observed in the climate are unprecedented in thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of years, and some of the changes are irreversible”.
